What We Export
We export Southern Yellow Pine logs cut to metric sizes to sawmills and plywood mills, loading at Blakeley Terminal in the Port of Mobile, Alabama. We offer these logs either bark on or debarked, depending on your preference.
Saw logs are supplied to sawmills for dimensional lumber production. Butt cut logs are selected for plywood and veneer manufacture, where a clear, uniform face is required.

Since trees are a natural product, diameters vary slightly. Logs come sorted by top diameter.
Available Grades
- Saw logs — these include second cuts on the tree
- Butt cut logs — high-quality logs, well suited to plywood or veneer
Both bark on and debarked logs must be tested for pinewood nematodes. Bark on logs also have to be fumigated against bark beetles. Phytosanitary certificates are available by destination country on request.
